Documents Needed for Submission

The following documents are required at the time of manuscript submission:

Required for Initial Submission:

• Manuscript prepared according to journal guidelines
• Authors Undertaking Form |DOWNLOAD| https://pimajhs.com/index.php/main/libraryFiles/downloadPublic/1
• Ethical Compliance Certificate
• Plagiarism Report (similarity index must be below 20%)

Required After Acceptance:

• Evidence of Publication Fee Payment
  Note: Fee evidence is not required during initial submission. Only after the manuscript passes all review stages and receives formal acceptance for publication.

Submission Checklist:

• Manuscript follows journal formatting guidelines
• Authors Undertaking Form completed and signed
• Ethical Compliance Certificate attached
• Plagiarism report included (≤20% similarity)
• All authors have approved the final version
